Accessibility Statement
1. Scope
This Accessibility Statement applies to the web application accessible at the domain selixweb.io, operated by Thomas Dimashki Digital Services.
2. Voluntary Nature of this Statement
Thomas Dimashki Digital Services is a micro-enterprise within the meaning of § 3 Abs. 3 of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) with fewer than ten employees and an annual turnover of less than two million euros. Accordingly, there is no statutory obligation to comply with the accessibility requirements of the BFSG.
This Accessibility Statement is made voluntarily. We strive to make our web offering as accessible as possible in order to provide equal access to all users.
3. Conformance Status
The web offering selixweb.io is partially conformant with European Standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Conformance Level AA.
We are continuously working to remove existing barriers and to further improve the accessibility of our offering.
4. Testing Methodology
The accessibility assessment was carried out as a self-assessment. The content was reviewed against the success criteria of WCAG 2.2 (Level AA) and EN 301 549.
Date of last review: 6 May 2026
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts to achieve comprehensive accessibility, the following limitations are currently known:
-
Complex interactive components: Some interactive elements of the web application may have limited support for screen readers and other assistive technologies. We are working to improve these components incrementally.
-
PDF documents: Contracts, invoices, and other documents in PDF format may not be fully accessible. Upon request, we are happy to provide the content in an accessible format.
-
Third-party content: Embedded content from third-party providers, in particular payment processing (Stripe Checkout) and consent management (CCM19 consent management platform), is not under our direct control. We advocate with our service providers for compliance with accessibility standards, but cannot fully guarantee their implementation.
6. Feedback Mechanism
If you encounter barriers on our website or have questions about the accessible use of our offering, please contact us. We welcome every piece of feedback and will endeavour to address reported issues promptly.
